Clear beats Comcast. The web is so slow these days, I can't tell the difference between 3mbps and 20mbps, even when streaming.

Yep, depending on the website you are browsing, if their server is slow, don't expect the user-end (you in this case) to be fast. I noticed some websites that have slow video streaming but it might be just due to heavy traffic. YouTube's servers seem to be pretty fast though.
