Help PLEASE ... I just want to play my game!

Hi KRC,

I am getting this error on iwin games and it's driving me CRAZY.  I'm 25% computer literate!  Please help!  Thanks SOOOO much.

iWin Games Manager application has encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience. If you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost. Please tell Microsoft about this problem ... Send Error Report ... Don't send.

Welcome to KRC Forum.

If that's an application that was installed, go to Start > (Settings) Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs. Then look for the iWin Games Manager and uninstall it. Restart the computer and install it back to see if there is any change.
